Approximate Costs for Concealed Carry License in Oklahoma The Self Defense Act or Concealed Carry Firearms Training is $60.00 unless you have an approved exemption in which case the training is $30.00. Be sure to ask about exemptions. This training does not expire. Once trained, always trained. The License is $100.00 for 5 years or $200.00 for 10 years and is paid to the O.S.B.I. The fingerprints are $25.00 paid to your local Sheriffs Office of the County where you reside. Note: If you are a McClain County Resident the $25.00 fee is waved. Thanks to your Sheriff.
